Sign InI'm 8 weeks pregnant and I'm absolutely exhausted all the time. I can barely make it through the day without napping. My friends say this is normal, but I'm worried it might be something else. Anyone else experience this?
Sheet pan meals saved me! Prep everything on Sunday and just pop in the oven during the week.
That's completely normal! First trimester exhaustion is real. Your body is working hard to grow your baby. Rest when you can.
Try eating something small like crackers before getting out of bed. It helped me a lot.

Sign InI'm looking for recommendations on prenatal vitamins. My doctor suggested a few, but I'd love to hear what worked for other moms. What brand do you use and why?
I love the Down Dog app for prenatal yoga! You can do it at home whenever you have time.
Ginger chews and eating small frequent meals helped me. Also try vitamin B6 - ask your doctor about it.

Sign InI'm 10 weeks and still dealing with terrible morning sickness. I've tried ginger tea and crackers but they're not helping much. What natural remedies worked for you?
I struggled with this too. Talking to a therapist really helped. You're not alone in this.

Pregnancy pillows and sleeping on your left side helped me. Also, try a warm bath before bed.
What a beautiful story! I'm considering a home birth for my next pregnancy. Thanks for the inspiration!

Prenatal yoga was a lifesaver for me. There are some great YouTube channels if you can't find in-person classes.
