I'm constantly worried about my baby's health and if I'm doing everything right. I can't seem to shake this anxiety. Has anyone else struggled with this? How did you cope?
I'm breastfeeding and want to make sure I'm eating well for both me and my baby. What foods should I focus on? Any foods to avoid?
Try eating something small like crackers before getting out of bed. It helped me a lot.
Pregnancy pillows and sleeping on your left side helped me. Also, try a warm bath before bed.
I struggled with this too. Talking to a therapist really helped. You're not alone in this.

Congratulations on your baby! The first few weeks are tough but it gets better. Take it one day at a time.
I took the same vitamins and they worked great for me. No nausea from them which was a huge plus!

Sign InI used to be very active before pregnancy, and I'd like to continue exercising. What exercises are safe during the second trimester? I'd appreciate any workout recommendations.
